Every weekend the Ministers of Care from St. Walter Parish visit the homebound parishioners, leading them in a Communion Service. The visits are either on a temporary or permanent basis. The ministers serve not only homes in our parish but also Sunrise Senior Living; Abbington Rehab and Nursing Home, Manor Care Health Services and the Ray Graham Center. Volunteer Ministers visit the homebound normally on a monthly basis as a part of St. Walter’s Pastoral Care team.
