By providing a supportive and nurturing Christ center environment, St. Walter School's Intermediate classrooms (Grade 4-5) offer opportunities for children to develop independent, critical thinking strategies to enhance higher levels of learning. The teachers use small groups as their main teaching time. In fifth grade, our students are leveled into three groups for Math and ELA. We offer a grade level, advanced, and honors track for our students.
